Ich bin schon lange Zahnarzt, und inzwischen f\u00fchlen sich alle Menschen, die meine Praxis besuchen,<\/span>wie meine Familie. Wenn <\/span>I<\/span> einen Patienten mit au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlich stark abgenutzten Z\u00e4hnen sehe, selbst in jungen Jahren<\/span>, denke ich mir: War sein Leben so hart, dass er sprichw\u00f6rtlich die Z\u00e4hne zusammenbei\u00dfen musste?<\/span> Ich denke dar\u00fcber nach und mache mir Sorgen. Der traurigste Moment als Zahnarzt ist, wenn jemand durch \u00dcberbehandlung seine Zahngesundheit verliert<\/span> \u00fcber viele Jahre hinweg<\/span>. Heute m\u00f6chte ich eine Patientengeschichte erz\u00e4hlen. Eine Patientin, die <\/span>zehn Jahre lang unter den Folgen einer Kronenbehandlung litt und dieses Leiden schlie\u00dflich beendete<\/span> mit<\/span> MINISH<\/span> einer MINISH-Veneer-L\u00f6sung.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Was ist eine Krone?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Eine Krone ist eine Versorgungsform, bei der ein Zahn \u00fcberkront und stabilisiert wird, wenn er stark gesch\u00e4digt ist. Typische Kronenmaterialien sind Gold, Zirkonoxid und Metallkeramik (PFM). Gold verf\u00e4rbt sich nicht und bricht selten, unterscheidet sich jedoch deutlich in der Farbe von nat\u00fcrlichen Z\u00e4hnen. Zirkonoxid ist ein sehr hartes, vollst\u00e4ndig keramisches Material. Metallkeramik (PFM) besteht au\u00dfen aus Keramik und innen aus Metall. Bei schwerer Karies oder Zahnfleischerkrankungen ist vor der Kronenversorgung h\u00e4ufig eine Wurzelkanalbehandlung erforderlich, da Gewebe und Zahnmark bakteriell infiziert sein k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wenn eine Kronenbehandlung nicht pr\u00e4zise durchgef\u00fchrt wird, k\u00f6nnen sich Bakterien zwischen den Z\u00e4hnen und zwischen Zahn und Zahnersatz vermehren und dadurch Karies verursachen. Au\u00dferdem kann sich das Zahnfleisch im Laufe der Zeit altersbedingt zur\u00fcckziehen und den Zahnersatz freilegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ausgangslage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u201eVor zehn Jahren habe ich an vier Schneidez\u00e4hnen Kronen erhalten, und mein Zahnfleisch wurde schwarz.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bei dieser Patientin wurden vor zehn Jahren \u2013 auf Empfehlung einer Bekannten \u2013 vier Schneidez\u00e4hne verblendet. F\u00fcnf Jahre nach der Behandlung verf\u00e4rbte sich ihr Zahnfleisch dunkel, was sie sehr belastete. Seitdem hielt sie sich sogar h\u00e4ufig die Hand vor den Mund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nach der Untersuchung stellten wir fest, dass die fr\u00fchere Behandlung bei einem anderen Zahnarzt keine Verblendung, sondern eine Kronenversorgung war. Die vier Schneidez\u00e4hne waren mit Metallkeramikkronen (PFM) versorgt. Mit der Zeit wurden Metallr\u00e4nder sichtbar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201eMeine Frontz\u00e4hne hatten keine gesundheitlichen Probleme, aber da ich beruflich mit dem Fernsehen zu tun habe, habe ich mich aus \u00e4sthetischen Gr\u00fcnden einfach f\u00fcr Veneers entschieden.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warum wurden die Z\u00e4hne dann wurzelbehandelt?<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Sobald eine Wurzelkanalbehandlung durchgef\u00fchrt wird, wird der Zahn nicht mehr \u00fcber das Zahnmark versorgt und kann dadurch geschw\u00e4cht werden. Deshalb sind Wurzelkanal- und Kronenbehandlungen in der Regel nur dann notwendig, wenn eine schwere Karies oder eine Zahnfleischerkrankung vorliegt. Manche Zahn\u00e4rzte konzentrieren sich jedoch nicht ausreichend darauf, den Zahn zu erhalten, sondern beschleifen Z\u00e4hne und f\u00fchren zus\u00e4tzliche, unn\u00f6tige Behandlungen durch. Mit anderen Worten: Nat\u00fcrliche Z\u00e4hne k\u00f6nnen durch unn\u00f6tiges Abschleifen und Nervbehandlungen gesch\u00e4digt werden. Um nicht unter falschen zahn\u00e4rztlichen Eingriffen zu leiden, kann es sinnvoll sein, eine zweite Meinung einzuholen oder mehrere Praxen zu konsultieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MINISH-Remedy-L\u00f6sung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

MINISH Remedy<\/a> ist ein Behandlungskonzept, das nicht nur die \u00e4u\u00dfere Krone ersetzt, sondern gleichzeitig auch den darunterliegenden Zahn saniert und wieder aufbaut, um Funktion und \u00c4sthetik der verbleibenden Z\u00e4hne zu regenerieren. In diesem Fall entschied sich die Patientin f\u00fcr MINISH Remedy, weil mehrere Ma\u00dfnahmen erforderlich waren: durch die Krone belastetes Zahnfleisch, Infektionen und Karies im Zahninneren sowie der Austausch der Krone selbst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

01. Zahnfleischbehandlung<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Der vorhandene Kronenzahnersatz passte am Zahnfleischrand nicht korrekt und dr\u00fcckte auf das Zahnfleisch, wodurch es dauerhaft geschwollen war. Wir f\u00fchrten eine Gingivektomie durch, um die Zahnfleischgesundheit wiederherzustellen und die Zahnfleischlinie zu korrigieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

02. Behandlung im Zahninneren<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Als wir den vorhandenen Kronenzahnersatz entfernten, war der Zustand der verbleibenden Z\u00e4hne deutlich schlechter als erwartet. Die wurzelbehandelten Z\u00e4hne waren stark verf\u00e4rbt und wiesen fortgeschrittene Karies auf. Nach dem Entfernen der verf\u00e4rbten und kari\u00f6sen Bereiche f\u00fcllten wir die Z\u00e4hne mit zahnfarbenem Komposit und \u00fcberkappten sie anschlie\u00dfend. Wir fertigten ein individuell angepasstes Zirkonoxid-Coping an, das perfekt an die vorhandenen Z\u00e4hne der Patientin passt, als Vorbereitung f\u00fcr die MINISH-L\u00f6sung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*Coping: Ein Coping ist ein vorgefertigtes K\u00e4ppchen (Ger\u00fcst), das den pr\u00e4parierten Zahn abdeckt und als Unterkonstruktion dient, wenn ein Zahnersatz wie eine Krone eingesetzt wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

03. MINISH Remedy<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Wir fertigten ein individuelles, pr\u00e4zises und hochwertiges MINISH an und befestigten es ohne jeglichen Spalt zwischen den nat\u00fcrlichen Z\u00e4hnen<\/a> und dem MINISH. Nach der \u00e4sthetischen Verbesserung bekam die Patientin ihr gro\u00dfes, sch\u00f6nes L\u00e4cheln zur\u00fcck: harmonisch ausgerichtete Frontz\u00e4hne, keine Verf\u00e4rbungen mehr, kein geschwollenes Zahnfleisch, keine Karies \u2013 und nat\u00fcrlich keine Schmerzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
